This presentation consists of material necessary for updating participant's knowledge of the 2010-2011 Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), as required for meeting continuing education requirements for general and residential appraisers. The update covers all of the applicable standards using a combination of lectures and case studies.
