are now available to you at no cost, on-line in electronic format.
You can access this protected area of our website by going to www.BerkshireRealtors.org and
sign-in with your MLS (ProMatch) user name and password.
In addition to the forms, we have placed a ton
of agency
information on-line for your convenience and have a description
of the contract changes available as well.
No only are all of the contracts
on-line, but
you can also order hard
copy forms from the Board office for pick-up
or mailing on Tuesday. You can access an order form on our website
as well.
A new product has been designed for your convenience
as well. New Open House Disclosure signs are available at the Board
Office for $16.50. This color sign is in a lucite frame with business
card holder. It is a great way to make sure your agency relationship
is disclosed at your open house, without having to have a disclosure
form signed for each visitor.
