Sue O’Brien has been with the Board since 1998 and in 2010 changed job focus to include the handling of all accounting functions of the Board, including payables, receivables, tax reporting and financial reporting. She also handles member inquiries and support, MLS oversight and one-on-one training. Sue maintains contact with the MLS vendor and works with
the staff, board of directors and membership in determining the future
services of the MLS.
In addition to her duties as the bookkeeper, Sue
has also been certified as a Professional Standards Administrator and handles
the processing of Ethics Complaints, the Arbitration of Business Disputes

We were happy to bring Molly on board on the first day of the new year in 2013. She is the Board Office’s gal Friday, handling all things MLS, checking contracts, managing the paperwork for the database, checking member website compliance, assisting members, learning all about our membership systems, and training.
Molly has the special job of keeping us organized (a huge task!) and managing our records and files. She is also handling both the planning and day-to-day coordination of our events calendar.
