Change of Status
Members who wish to change their current membership record (new office affiliation, contact information etc.. ) may do so at no cost by completing the information below..
The following form is for brokers who already hold REALTOR and MLS membership, but would like to add a newly affiliated REALTOR to their MLS roster. Please note that REALTOR membership must be documented and a 'Letter of Good Standing" included from the Board your agent holds membership. If the agent is applying to the Berkshire County Board of REALTORS for REALTOR Membership, this form is not needed.
This form is for any firm that is currently a member of the Board / MLS that wishes to change their named Designated REALTOR (DR) and/or MLS Participant to another broker. The Designated REALTOR / Participant can be any party holding a broker's license who is responsible and accountable for the actions of the agents affiliated with the real estate office.
