Columbia County Multiple Listing Service
To submit a listing to the Columbia County Multiple Listing Service please contact the Berkshire County Board of REALTORS Board Office to obtain the appropriate forms. Your seller will need to sign the Columbia County MLS Listing Agreement as they will not accept our Exclusive Right to Sell Contract. In addition, you are required to complete the listing input form and submit at least one photo, although they will accept up to six. The fee for submission is $40 made payable to the Columbia County MLS. All paperwork, photos and payment must be returned to the Berkshire County Board of REALTORS Board Office and will be forwarded to the Columbia County MLS Coordinator from here.

Greater Capital Region Multiple Listing Service
To submit a listing to the Great Capital Region Multiple Listing Service please contact the Berkshire County Board of REALTORS Board Office to obtain a listing input form. This form, along with a copy of your Exclusive Right to Sell Contract, a check payable to Greater Capital Region MLS in the amount of $50 and a photo must be returned to the Berkshire County Board of REALTORS Board Office for submission. We will forward all materials to the Greater Capital Region MLS Coordinator from here.
