Transaction Live™, exclusively
to Massachusetts REALTORS®.
What does it do?
Transaction Live™ will
save you time & money while increasing the efficiency of your transactions.
Developed by SettlementRoom, this groundbreaking software allows ALL participants
in the transaction to safely transfer documents and track the entire transaction
from listing to closing in an online, individually password-protected website.
Any and all transaction documents, including legally required agency and
other disclosure documents, can be easily posted via upload, email, or fax
and are accessible to all or to certain parties in the transaction. This
places the Realtor® in the position of granting access to all other participants
(on a selected and controlled basis) to view and retrieve documents as required.
The platform also provides an extensive documentation trail and event history
designed to minimize potential legal liability.

little as $5 per transaction with discounts on bulk purchases. REALTOR®
members receive 1 free transaction for every 10 purchased.
