The Berkshire County Board of REALTORS® drafted grant application paperwork from the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS Charitable and educational foundation in honor of two organizations with outstanding service and support in our Berkshire Community. Each, in their own way, have made the region a better place to live, helping those that need assistance in day to day survival. The housing programs cover a myriad of areas and services, from emergency homeless shelters, long term life skills training, fuel assistance in the winter months, food and clothing donations and more.
Each year a new organization has been selected to feature, and we are proud to announce that we have had one of the highest grant amounts awarded throughout the state. Without the caring, compassionate and dedicated staff and volunteers, so many would be physically on the brink of survival. In honor of their commitment to helping those less fortunate, the Berkshire County Board of REALTORS was proud to offer their services in grant writing for each organization.
Nominations are being accepted. All nominations are due by May 15th of each year.
Do you wish to recognize an organization in Berkshire County that are deserving? Submit your nomination to the Board. For the selected organization, the grant paperwork will be completed by the Board office staff in cooperation with the Executive Director / Manager / President of the Organization, to ensure the submission is both accurate and portrayed in the most favorable light.
