Mission

To ensure that the Chief Executive Officer is fulfilling all personnel responsibilities for the staff of both corporations and adhering to the policies as dictated.

Committee Member Responsibilities:

  • Annually (or as often as deemed necessary) meet with the Chief Executive Officer to review the personnel policy to determine if any changes or additions are needed.

  • Meet with the Chief Executive Officer bi-annually to review the evaluations written by the Chief Executive Officer for all personnel.

  • Meet with the Chief Executive Officer to create an annual survey sent to all Designated REALTORS designed to evaluate the competency and effectiveness of the Board Office in it’s entirety.

  • Bring attention to the Chief Executive Officer any problems that arise, and work together towards a resolve.

Committee Composition:

Five REALTORs appointed by the President. The President's appointments should be carefully evaluated to include a background in business, mangement or legal issues.
