Finn & Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc. has specialized in home inspections for over 20 years. The president, Drew Finn, has personally conducted over 11,000 inspections. Drew has inspected real estate in Western Mass and bordering towns in NY, CT and VT. Mr Finn has been an expert witness in Berkshire County in the courts of Pittsfield and Great Barrington and is an engineer.
Finn & Associates have developed a Home Inspection report form which is sold to inspectors nationwide as well as a computer reporting system for home inspectors. Mr. Finn wrote the Home Facts Handbook to explain what the basic functions of various house components and inspected items are.
