Seller's Contract Packet
The Seller's packet of contracts contains all items referenced in the Exclusive Agreement, except lead paint. Do you think it should be added?

Add the Lead Paint form so that it's a complete packet.
Get the lead out! The packet is too big as it is.
Have one complete packet with the lead included and then offer the other forms individually when a full set isn't needed.
