In administration of the Code of Ethics, we guarantee due process and complete confidentiality. In The Board Office also administers mediation, the arbitration of monetary disagreements and buyer & seller dispute resolution.

Join today! Membership Applications & Forms
Reinstatement - Former members of the Berkshire County Board of REALTORS®, holding Membership less than one (1) year ago, may reinstate with a $50 reinstatement fee and will not need to go through the application and orientation process.
Change of Status - Members who wish to change their current membership record (new office affiliation, contact information etc.. ) may do so at no cost, by completing the form below and e-mailing Sue@BerkshireRealors.com or faxing to the Board Office (413-448-2852).
REALTOR® Membership - Application form for any person applying for membership in the Berkshire County Board of REALTORS for the first time, or reinstating for a time period of greater than one (1) year. This application will activate MLS access, provided the office you join is affiliated with the MLS. Pro-rated fees and the process are included in this document.
REALTOR® & MLS Membership - Brokers who seek Multiple Listing Service access but do not currently hold REALTOR membership in any board must apply for both REALTOR and MLS membership. This application process has been combined to streamline the process. Pro-rated fees and the process are included in this document.
