(1) Affiliate membership: Any Appraiser holding Affiliate membership is able to purchase comparable information from the MLS, without having to hold full REALTOR membership or full MLS membership. (2) MLS-Only Access: In order to fully participate in our MLS and access all listings including active and off market,, all members including appraisers must hold REALTOR membership in any local, state and national associations. If you already hold REALTOR membership elsewhere, you can simply submit an MLS-only application with a letter in good standing from your current Realtor association. (3) Full Membership: For those that would like MLS access to all listings including active and off market status', but do not hold Realtor membership in any other association, full membership in the Board of REALTORS as well as the MLS must be obtained.
