The Berkshire Board formed a new Commercial Investment Committee to provide service and support for the brokerage and lease of commercial properties in Berkshire County.

Commerical Meeting Activities

• Review the data input forms for all commercial properties submitted to the MLS

• Discussing policies for submission of commercial properties to the MLS

• Affiliating with a national or regional on-line commercial property exchange

• Participating in Board owned system of internet display of commercial properties

• Meeting to share property information as a group

• Having group property showings of available commercial space

• Sharing information on forms, financial disclosures, confidentiality agreement language
